Repogramming is the process of reverting mature, specialized cells into pluripotent stem cells. iPSCs are generated by artificial expression of key transcription factors under specific culture conditions. SB431542, Repsox and 5-Azacytidine are used in reprogramming protocols. Researchers can save up to 50% on small molecules which modulate stem cell reprogramming from Hello Bio - they are up to half the price of other suppliers.
