Fluorescent ligands
Fluorescent ligands are suitable for a wide range of applications which include localizing receptor distribution in tissues and cells, and live-cell imaging of receptor kinetics. Ligands such as CellAuara fluorescent ligands target G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and are comprised of three units:a pharmacophore (agonist or antagonist), a fluorescent dye (the fluorophore) and a linker - which connects the pharmacophore with the dye. Researchers can save up to 50% on fluorescent ligands from Hello Bio - they are up to half the price of other suppliers.
