Biological description | (S)-3,5-DHPG is a widely used selective group I mGlu receptor agonist (EC50 values are 2 and 6.6 µM at mGlu5 and mGlu1, 106 µM at mGlu3 and >1000 µM at mGlu2,4,7,8 receptors respectively).
