Meet the Hello Bio Team: Katie Marsalo
Let’s meet another member of our Hello Bio team! Katie Marsalo is the Office Manager of our US office, and she told us a little more about her role, the diversity and dedication of the team, and her love of music and travel!
Hi Katie! Please can you tell us a bit about your role at Hello Bio, and how long you've been working with us?
I have had the pleasure of working with Hello Bio as Office Manager of the US office for 7 months. I manage the day-to-day operations. I manage the customer service team and ensure the highest standard of customer communication, customer care and accurate order processing is provided and held to Hello Bio’s brand standards.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really enjoy working alongside my co-workers and getting to know our great customers. Learning about their projects is very exciting.
Can you tell us a little more about the team in the US Office?
Gina Williams and myself are both based in the US office. We are a high energy, diverse, motivated and professional team. We have both worked extensively within the customer service industry for 20+ years. We love collaborating with different members of our company. We are dedicated to providing impeccable quality and value to Hello Bio and customers.

Gina and I are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at 609-683-7500 or via email: customercare-usa@hellobio.com. We love to hear from our customers!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love listening to music, attending concerts, doing yoga and stretching. My husband and I enjoy bike riding and exploring the USA and Canada. This year we hope to travel to Sweden.
