EU Office Opens, supporting scientists in the EU
We are delighted to open our new EU office - meaning that customers in the EU can continue to benefit from fast delivery, our usual low shipping fees and no customs duties. Here's what you can expect when ordering:
It's still easy to place your order...
There's no change to how you place your order. You can still order online (hellobio.com), by email (customercare@hellobio.com) or by fax (+44(0)117 981 1601). We will process your order and standard items will be dispatched from our EU Office, located near Dublin, in the Republic of Ireland.
Fast delivery & free shipping in January & February!
Our delivery has always been fast - and this will not change! Researchers in the EU will continue to benefit from our usual fast delivery times. The standard shipping fee remains at €21 and as before, dispatch is typically within 1-2 working days for standard in-stock products, with a transit time of typically 24h. And there's even better news - for the whole of January & February we are offering free delivery to all European customers - see here for more details.
Low product prices
In keeping with our price pledge, scientists and researchers will continue to benefit from the high quality and ultra low prices that they have come to expect from Hello Bio - wherever they are in the world.
No additional paperwork, customs duties or hidden taxes
There's no change to how you pay tax - EU customers must continue to pay VAT unless your organization is registered and you provide us with the VAT number at the time the order is placed.The ordering process is straightforward, with no additional paperwork, customs duties or hidden taxes for standard items. Some non-standard items may still be shipped from our UK or other offices - but the process is straightforward, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Invoicing will change
You will be invoiced from our EU office, and will need to make payment to the EU office, so please update the details on your purchasing systems. These details will also be on any invoices and bills you receive from us.
