Biological Data

Biological description Non-selective JAK3 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.8 µM), also acts as a potent EGFR kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 4 nM). Inhibits expression of iNOS and production of NO. Also induces neural progenitor cell differentiation. Shows apoptotic and anti-tumor actions.
