Piezo channels are mechanosensitive ion channels and activated by compounds such as the novel Yoda2 (KC289), KC159 and Yoda1, GsMTx4 and Jedi2. Dooku1 antagonises Yoda1 Piezo1 activity. Piezo channels are involved in pain, immunity and cardiovascular processes.
