Travel award winner Nicola Corbett
Nicola Corbett is a Research Associate working in Professor Nigel Hooper’s Lab at the University of Manchester. She is researching the signalling pathway of soluble amyloid precursor protein α, and its effects on the synapses of iPSC-derived neurons, and the award will help to fund her trip to SfN’s 47th annual meeting, Neuroscience 2017.
Thank you, Hello Bio for this travel award. I am very much looking forward to using it to go to SfN 2017 in Washington, D.C. This year’s meeting is quite an important one for me as it will be the first time that I will be presenting my data in a nanosymposium!
