Biological Data

Biological description Non-nucleoside DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitor (IC50 = 115 nM). Binds at the active site. Causes hypomethylation and reactivates tumor suppressor genes. Shows growth inhibiting and pro-apoptotic anti-cancer actions. Also enhances iPSC generation efficiency.
