Synthetic lipopeptide which mimics bacterial lipoprotein. Pam2CSK4 is recognized by the TLR2/TLR6 heterodimer to induce NF-κB activation and cytokine production. Induces platelet activation in a TLR2/TLR6/NF-κB -dependent manner. Also acts as an effective immune adjuvant.
