Biological Data

Biological description Water soluble TLR7 agonist and Caspase-3 activator. Immune response modulator. Stimulates proinflammatory cytokine production and activates NF-κB. Shows antiproliferative, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer actions. Also induces apoptosis.

Solubility overview Soluble in water (5 mg/ml with warming), in ethanol (5 mg/ml with warming), and in DMSO (2 mg/ml)
