How to claim

First, choose the free trial that you would like - choose one from the list below:

• D-AP5 - 10 mg Add to shopping basket
• NBQX disodium salt - 10 mg  Add to shopping basket
• SR 95531 hydrobromide (gabazine)  - 10 mg Add to shopping basket
• QX 314 chloride - 50 mg Add to shopping basket
• Y-27632 dihydrochloride - 10 mg Add to shopping basket

Once you have selected the free product that you would like, simply add it to your shopping basket or purchase order together with at least one other product (this can be any product from our entire catalogue range). Quote the code below, either online or on your faxed order.

If you are ordering online, quote the code below at Checkout. If you are faxing an order, you may include the code on the order, or send it separately via email, but you must also include the end user details.

Code not working?

If you are shopping online, and see a message: "Coupon code is not valid" when applying your code,  just double check that you have at least two items in your shopping cart. Remember - you need to order something else, along with your trial sample to qualify for the free sample offer. If you are still having trouble then just contact our Customer Care team, who can sort it all out for you.

We do have a few simple terms and conditions...

• You need to be a scientific researcher (or ordering on behalf of a scientific researcher) and be placing an order for any other Hello Bio product.
• You must include the end user details on the order
• An individual can only claim the offer once, and to be fair to all, the offer is limited to 2 claims per lab
• This offer can’t be used with any other offers
• This offer is not valid for resellers and the free products are not for resale.
• The offer is valid until Friday August 19th 2016 or whilst stocks last
