It's been 2 years since we announced the opening of our new EU office. In that time, we have dispatched our biochemicals, reagents and antibodies to thousands of customers in the EU and Europe, and they have benefited from fast delivery, low shipping fees and no customs duties or hidden taxes.

Simply place your order with our EU office. You can order online (hellobio.com), by email (customercare@hellobio.com) or by fax (+44(0)117 981 1601). We will process your order and standard items will be dispatched from our EU Office, located near Dublin, in the Republic of Ireland.

No additional paperwork, customs duties or hidden taxes
As European customers are placing an order with an EU registered company, there's no change to how you usually pay tax - EU customers must continue to pay VAT unless your organization is registered and you provide us with the VAT number at the time the order is placed.The ordering process is straightforward, with no additional paperwork, customs duties or hidden taxes for standard items. Occasionally, some non-standard items may still be shipped from our UK or other offices - but the process is straightforward, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
Invoicing
You will be invoiced from our EU office, and will need to make payment to the EU office, so please update the details on your purchasing systems. These details will also be on any invoices and bills you receive from us.
