| Biological description | Hello Bio Western Blot Stripping buffer allows the effective removal of primary and secondary antibodies from a PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane in order to facilitate subsequent reprobing of chemiluminescent Western blots. It protects membrane bound proteins and is quick and effective while not requiring use of a fume hood or elevated temperatures. |
