Acetylcholine (ACh) muscarinic receptors are a family of G-protein coupled receptors classified into M₁, M₂, M₃, M₄ and M₅ muscarinic receptors. M₂ and M₄-muscarinic receptors couple to the pertusiss-toxin sensitive G_i/o-proteins, and M₁, M₃ and M₅-muscarinic receptors couple to G_q/11-proteins. Researchers can save up to 50% on ACh muscarinic receptor agonists, antagonists and modulators from Hello Bio - they are up to half the price of other suppliers.
