Biological Data Biological description Competitive P2Y1 antagonist (Ki = 100 nM) which shows selectivity over P2Y2 , P2Y4 ,P2Y6 and P2X1 , P2X3 , P2X2 , P2X4 receptors. Strongly inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro and ex vivo and shows antithrombotic action.
