Biological description

Competitive P2Y1 antagonist (Ki = 100 nM) which shows selectivity over P2Y2, P2Y4,P2Y6 and P2X1, P2X3, P2X2, P2X4 receptors. Strongly inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro and ex vivo and shows antithrombotic action.
