Biological description Selective 5-HT2 serotonin receptor antagonist. Shows dose-dependent α-1 adrenoceptor inhibition. Used to differentiate between 5-HT1D subtypes by showing selectivity for 5-HT1Dα. Shows antihypertensive, antidepressant and anti-leishmaniasis actions.
