Potent, non-selective kinase inhibitor. Protein kinase A inhibitor (IC50 = 135 nM). Also inhibits S6K1, MSK1, ROCKII, PKBα and MAPKAP-Klb (IC50 values are 80, 120 and 270 nM, 2.6 µM and 2.8 µM respectively). Also improves dissociate hESCs survival and clonogenicity.
