Biological description

Novel, Piezo1 channel agonist (MEC50 = 0.4µM). Modulates Piezo channels at concentrations ranging 0.4 to 1.8µM and is thought to stabilize the Piezo1 channel in its open confirmation. Induces Ca2+ influx in hCD4+ T-cells and may show potential vaccine adjuvant research usage. Show 10-fold improved kinetic solubility compared to Yoda1.
