| Biological description | High sensitivity HRP substrate for use in colourmetric ELISAs. Upon reaction with HRP the TMB ELISA Substrate (high sensitivity) develops a blue color with absorbance at 650nm. Upon stopping the reaction with 0.16M sulphuric acid the color changes to yellow which can be read at 450nm.
