High affinity, use-dependent hTRPV6 antagonist (IC50 =14nM). SOR-C13 is a carboxy terminal truncated peptide derived from soricidin, a 54 residue paralytic peptide found in Blarina brevicauda venom. It reduces growth of human ovarian xenografts in vivo in NOD/SCID mouse models.
