Biological Data

Biological description mTOR activator and autophagy inhibitor. Cell permeable. Markedly increases the LC3II/LC3I ratio in a dose- and time- dependent manner by inhibition of the fusion between autophagosomes and lysosomes, and without increasing the autophagic flux. Less toxic than other autophagy inhibitors.
