Biological description Orally active, potent and selective colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R) inhibitor. More than 1000-fold selective against its closest receptor tyrosine kinase homologs c-KIT and platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRbeta). Selective against more than 200 additional kinases.
