Novel, covalent Affinity-Based Probe (AfBP) which is suitable for click-conjugation (e.g. with the Cyanine-3 fluorophore) for visualization applications (e.g. SDS-PAGE). Irreversibly binds to the A2AR (apparent pKi values at A2aAR are 8.41 (after 0.5h) and 8.82 (after 3h), where a Ki indicates a covalent mode of action).
