Selective toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist. Immune response modifier. Antiviral and antitumor compound. Induces the activation of NF-kappaB in HEK 293 cells expressing TLR7 at 0. 1µg/ml. 10 times more active than Imiquimod. At high concentrations (3µg/ml) slightly activates TLR8. Shows adjuvant activity to increase the effectiveness of vaccines.
