Biological Data

Biological description Protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (IC50 = 660 nM). Competitive inhibitor of the phosphate acceptor, non-competitive ATP inhibitor. Inhibits BclXL function; inhibits BclXL-Bak BH3 peptide binding (IC50 = 1.5 μM). Shows apoptotic and antitumor actions.
