Biological description Tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Inhibits Src, eEF2-K, and PKA (IC50 values are 2.2, 3.2 and 9.6 mM respectively). Shows anti-tumor actions and acts as an antiangiogenic hypoxic cell radiosensitizer.
