Disrupts the actin cytoskeleton by sequestering actin dimers and rapidly severing actin filaments (F-actin). Depolymerizes actin filaments (F-actin). Antifungal. Apoptosis inducer. Alterates the actin cytoskeleton of GH4 cells and inhibits insulin-increased prolactin gene transcription.
