Biological description Selective estrogen receptor modulator (Ki values are 0.38 and 5.6 nM at Erα and Erβ respectively). Shows estrogenic activity in bone and anti-estrogenic activity in breast tissue. Also shows antitumor and autophagy inducing effects. Active in vivo.
