Biological description Syk tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 1.53 µM). Also JAK-1 inhibitor. Analog of resveratrol. Shows many biological actions such as growth-inhibitory, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular and pro-apoptotic effects.
