Potent dual PI3-K/mTOR inhibitor with selectivity for PI3K family (IC 50 values are 2, 3, 3 and 15 nM at p110α, p110β, p110δ and p110γ and 20 and 83 nM at mTORC1 and mTORC2 respectively). Also shows activity at DNA-PK (IC50 = 14 nM). Shows antitumor activity and inhibits tumor cell invasion. Active in vivo.
