"Rida-e-Maria Qazi joined my research group in 2013 as an MS student after completing BS in Biotechnology from University of Karachi, Pakistan  She then completed her MS in Molecular Medicine and then took admission in PhD under my supervision.

She is very well versed in all the techniques that she used during her studies and worked independently. She possesses a good grasp of the subject and always got good grades throughout the course work. She is always found involved in her work and is extremely dedicated and well determined to successfully complete her assigned tasks working untiringly. Being a senior student in my group, she is in charge of almost everything, from arranging lab meetings, supervising maintenance of lab equipment, conducting academic and co-curricular activities, assisting junior colleagues with their experiments etc. Without her help, it was difficult for me to manage many academic and administrative tasks. Ms. Rida is also a good teacher as I evidenced this during her presentations, and while teaching summer fellows, and conducting GRE tutorials and she always got good feedback. She was also part of the team of volunteers who helped in conducting seminars and workshops held in our institute. I always found her very responsible; taking on the tasks very seriously. She also has leadership qualities. At the same time, Ms. Rida is very polite, soft spoken, possesses a very pleasant personality and is very well organized. Due to her cooperative nature, she is very popular among her lab colleagues. I always enjoy working with her. In my opinion, she truly deserves this appreciation."
