"Mirae is the hero of my lab, she is always enthusiastic about research and makes people smile thanks to her. She is always looking for new things and coming up with interesting activities. For example, when it snows, she leads a group of people to build an Olaf snowman in front of the main entrance, making passers by happy. She also organizes events like Christmas to break the monotony of the lab, and tries to bring the lab together by organizing activities like "going to a new restaurant once a week" or "learning English by playing 'Friends'". In addition to these outside activities, she is not afraid to present her ideas in lab meetings and is one of the most experimental researchers in the lab, which has led to good collaboration with other labs. When she was sent to the United States for two months, she not only performed well in her research but also got along well with the members of the local lab, so everyone had good things to say about her. She also actively participated in competitions organized by her school. She participated in an experimental safety idea contest. She came up with an idea to improve the old, dusty, worn, and unhealthy veranda, which resulted in the school constructing a shelter and preventing health problems for students. She also participated whenever she had the opportunity to teach experimental protocols and shared her skills with those who wanted to, and even made videos during the pandemic. Future is a superhero who makes people feel better and helps with research. No one can doubt that Mirae is an integral part of our lab's future (Mirae means future in Korean). That's why we highly recommend Mirae as a lab hero."
