"There really isn't anything Heidi can't do in the lab. She's an expert troubleshooter, cell culture master and fantastic ideas generator. Heidi is an integral part of the group, constantly helping students both new and old. She is always there as a shoulder to cry on when experiments do not go to plan and willing to support us whenever our skills are lacking. When it comes to lab equipment, Heidi goes above and beyond in trying to repair and often create entirely new contraptions, enabling novel and wondrous experiments. From the crack of dawn come rain or sunshine, she is in the lab orchestrating the harmonious running of various studies and frantic students. Without Heidi, we truly do not know where our lab would be."
