Jumonji histone demethylase inhibitor. Inhibits JARID1A, JMJD2E/2B/2A/D3/2C (IC50 values are 230, 340, 435, 445, 855 and 1100 nM respectively). Shows little activity at PHD2 (IC50 = > 6 µM) and TET1. Shows anti-cancer actions.
