How to claim

Simply quote the offer code below when you place your order for any standard item. Orders containing non-standard products such as controlled toxins are not eligible for this free delivery offer. If you are placing your order online, you will be able to add the code at checkout. Alternatively, include the code with your faxed or emailed order.

Code not working?

If you see a message: "Coupon code is not valid" when applying your code, just double check that your order contains standard products only, and that the delivery address is in Europe. Orders containing non-standard controlled toxins, or orders to regions outside of Europe are not eligible for this free shipping offer. If you are still having trouble then just contact our Customer Care team, who can sort it all out for you.
