Potent Casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor (IC50 = 20 nM). Also a FGR, GSK, and PKA inhibitor (IC50 = 3.5 µM). Inhibits DNA Topoisomerase I and II (Topo I and II) (IC50 values are 3.0 and 3.6 µg/ml respectively). Inhibits cAK and PKC (IC50 values are 2 and 8 µM respectively). Shows anticancer effects.
