How to claim

• If your customers would like a free 5mg pack of DREADD agonist 21 (Compound 21) dihydrochloride (water-soluble) they need to add it to their shopping cart or purchase order together with at least one other Hello Bio product and quote the offer code below.

What to do next

Feel free to send this offer out to your customers. If any of your customers use the code and wish to claim the offer, just make sure that you include the offer code on the Purchase Order (or email order) that you send to Hello Bio and we will ship out the free product to you with your order. The offer expires on Friday 23rd October.

Code not working?

If you are a distributor shopping online with Hello Bio, and see a message: "Coupon code is not valid" when applying your code,  just double check that you have at least 2 items in your shopping cart. Remember - your customers need to order another Hello Bio product, along with the DREADD agonist 21 to qualify for the free sample offer. If you are still having trouble then just contact our Customer Care team, who can sort it all out for you.

Terms and conditions

We do have a few simple terms and conditions...

• An individual researcher can only claim the offer once, and to be fair to all,the offer is restricted to two claims per lab.
• This offer can’t be used with any other offers
• This offer is only valid for customers of selected Hello Bio distributors and the free products are not for resale.
• The offer is valid until Friday 30th October 2020 or whilst stocks last
