Biological description Selective KCa2.2 and KCa2.3 activator (EC50 values are 14 and 5.6 µM respectively). Displays little or no activity at KCa2.1 and KCa3.1 channels. Reduces dopaminergic neuron activity and inhibits dopamine release.
