Biological description Potent phosphatase 2B (PP2B) inhibitor (IC50 = 40 pM). Type II synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Interacts with sodium channels producing neurotoxin effects. Also potent calcineurin inhibitor (IC50 = 100 nM). Blood brain barrier permeable.
