Biological Data

Biological description Potent and selective protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor (IC50 = 53 nM). Selective for PP2A over PP1 (IC50 = 562 nM). Potentiates cyclic-AMP Response element binding (CREB) signalling (EC50 = 0.45 µM). Increases transduction of adenovirus vectors. Shows apoptotic actions.

Solubility overview Soluble in DMSO (100 mM) and in ethanol (25 mM, gentle warming)
