Selective cytosolic phospholipase A2 inhibitor (IC50 values are 1.5 and 6.0 µM for bovine brain cPLA2 and iPLA2 respectively). Also inhibits FAAH. Displaces [3H]CP-55940 binding to CB1 receptor (Ki = 0.65 µM). Increases aldosterone and corticosterone secretion.
