Potent and selective FAAH inhibitor (IC50 values are 4.6 and 0.5 nM in rat brain memebrane and cortical neurons respectively). Causes an accumulation of anandamide. Shows little activity at various cannabinoid related targets. Displays antidepressant, antinociceptive, anxiolytic and analgesic effects.
