Fang Wang

Fang Wang"Dr. Wang is both an exceptional colleague and outstanding basic and clinical researcher. She works tirelessly and always with good humour to produce new data (seemingly miraculously) every day. Currently, she is simultaneously writing both clinical and basic science manuscripts on her studies, which are happening in two separate countries. Yet she is incredibly humble and often asks for feedback. She listens intently to everyone's advice and acts swiftly and decisively on it. On top of her science, Dr. Wang always notices how everyone in the lab is doing and takes time to ask them about it. She is constantly learning new things, in science as well as outside of science, with humourous verve and enthusiasm. Her positive attitute, love of learning, and dedicated persistence are qualities I try to emulate both as a scientist and as a coworker."
