Optimist, Motivational, Tough
"Rosanna is a role model. On top of the many many projects she is working on, she finds the time not only to supervise us but to make us grow as scientists. Her enthusiasm for science is contagious: she gets excited about every new little aspect of the projects and with her the job never gets boring. That means she always finds new experiments to do for you, so better keep a low profile sometimes :) If Rosanna was a protein she would be Nucleophosmin! "Nucleophosmin (Rosanna) is like the multitasking organizer of the cell (lab), shuttling between the nucleus and cytoplasm (labs and core facilities), managing ribosome assembly (the lab), and stepping in to help with stress and DNA repair (PhD crysis) when things go wrong." Not by chance it's her favourite protein."
