"My PhD supervisor, Jafri Malin Abdullah has been an invaluable mentor and guide throughout my doctoral studies. His expertise and knowledge in the field of neuroscience, in particular traumatic brain injury, has helped shape my research project and advance my understanding of the subject. As an accomplished and renowned neurosurgeon, he has achieved many impressive feats. He has developed innovative surgical techniques for treating complex brain diseases, leading to improved outcomes for his patients. He has also contributed to the field through our research on the effects of traumatic brain injury on the brain and its long-term consequences. He has published numerous articles in leading scientific journals, and his works have been cited by other researchers in the field. He has also been recognized by his peers for his outstanding contributions, receiving several awards and accolades for his work. In addition to his accomplishments as a neurosurgeon, my supervisor has also been a great research team leader. He has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative and supportive research environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members. He has provided clear direction and support, allowing us to focus on our research and achieve our goals. He has also been instrumental in securing funding for our research projects, helping us to secure grants and other sources of funding to support our work. Despite his busy schedule, he always makes himself available to discuss ideas and provide feedback on my work. His professionalism and dedication to our work have inspired me to strive for excellence in my research. He is an incredibly dedicated and talented neurosurgeon, research mentor, and supervisor, and I am grateful for his guidance and support, and for the valuable lessons and skills that he has imparted to me."
