How to claim

If you would like a free 10 ml pack of DMSO (sterile filtered), simply add it to your shopping cart or purchase order together with at least one other product. Quote the appropriate code below either online, or on your faxed order.

If you are ordering online, choose the correct code below and quote it at Checkout. If you are faxing an order, you may include the code on the order, or send it separately via email, but you must also include the end user details. Please note you cannot use both codes together.

Code not working?

If you are shopping online, and see a message: "Coupon code is not valid" when applying your code,  just double check that you have at least two items in your shopping cart. Remember - you need to order something else, along with your aCSF or DMSO to qualify for the free sample offer. • You need to be a scientific researcher (or ordering on behalf of a scientific researcher) and be placing an order for any other Hello Bio product.
• You must include the end user details on the order
• You cannot use both codes together.
• An individual can only claim the offer once
• This offer can’t be used with any other offers
• This offer is not valid for resellers and the free products are not for resale.
• The offer is valid until Friday 17th July 2020 or whilst stocks last
