The majority of our products are manufactured in our own ISO certified European labs, and shipped from our EU-based office in the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery and charges for Europe
Products are typically dispatched within 1-3 days working days of placing an order. Our multilingual Customer Care team will let you know if there are any anticipated delays.
- The majority of our products are shipped via Fedex using International Priority service, although we use other couriers for certain regions and product types.
- Our Customer Care team will send you a confirmation of delivery methods and order tracking details when they receive your order.
- Certain products require shipping on ice, and hazardous products require special shipping and packaging – so delivery charges for these products will vary. Please contact us for details.

Do I have to pay any customs duties, taxes or charges?
As our EU office is located in the Republic of Ireland, all sales to customers within the EU are considered an intra-community supply of goods - this means no duties or taxes will be charged.
For any customers based within Europe but not within the EU, duties and taxes will apply and be payable by the customer.
